How do I Make a Deposit? (APP)

The act of ‘making a deposit’ refers to transferring funds/assets from another platform into your Phemex spot wallet.

Here is a step-by-step tutorial on how to make a deposit on the Phemex App.

1. Firstly, make sure that you are logged into your Phemex account. Next, on the Homepage of the app, tap on the Deposit icon.

2. Select the coin that you want to deposit. Phemex is constantly listing the latest coins, please make sure you would also selected the same coin on the platform where you are withdrawal funds for this deposit.

3.After selecting your desired coin, select the network you would like to deposit to. Please make sure you also selected the same network on the platform that you are withdrawing the funds for this deposit.

4.  There are 3 ways to input the withdrawal address on Phemex

Copy & Paste QR Code:         

Click to save which under the QR code, then paste to the address field on the platform you intend to withdraw crypto from.

Scan QR Code   

Alternatively, you can just show the QR code and then import it to the platform when you’re withdrawing .

Copy & Paste Withdrawal Address    

Click to copy the withdrawal address, then paste the address field into the platform you intend to withdraw crypto from.

Please note:

i.Make sure to first choose a network that supports both the platform and Phemex.

ii.Ensure that the platform has your assets and then users can proceed to deposit.

iii.Click to copy or scan the QR code to the platform.

iv.When you select some crypto coin like XRP,LUNC,EOS,etc… except coin, network,address you also need to copy the tag/memo too.

5. After confirming the withdrawal request, please be patient, as it takes time for the transaction to be confirmed. The confirmation time varies depending on the blockchain and its current network traffic.
Once the transfer is processed, the funds will be credited to your Phemex spot wallet shortly.  You can  also check your deposit history by tapping on Wallet, then navigating to Deposit. After that, tap the icon in the upper right corner to view.
