How to Sell Crypto with One-Click Sell? (Web)

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to One-Click sell crypto:

• Register or make sure you are logged into your Phemex account.
• On the header menu, hover over ‘Buy Crypto’ and click ‘One-Click Buy/Sell Crypto’.

NOTE: *Completion of KYC is mandatory for Crypto Sell.

1. Select your desired cryptocurrency and “SELL” order type, choose the desired fiat currency and crypto type from the drop-down menu, then enter the amount of crypto you want to sell. "I will receive" field will auto-populate based on the crypto amount and currencies selected. Click on the drop-down menu to find and select your desired cryptocurrency. Click the Sell button when ready.

Notes: 

(1) For Wire Transfer Payment Method:

• Supports USDT, BTC, USDC, ETH selling, Min. amount per transaction is 50 USDT equivalency.
• Supported fiat currencies include USD/GBP/CHF/EUR/JPY/CAD/AUD.
• The bank transfer time varies from different fiat currency to different payment channels, usually between 1-3 days.
• A withdrawal fee of $30 will be applied and deducted from your total amount. This fee is charged by the bank for each wire.
• If the withdrawal amount is greater than 50,000 USD, we'll cover the cost for you and the fee will be waived.

(2) For Credit/Debit Card Payment Method:

• Only supports USDT selling, and supported fiat currencies are USD and EUR.
• Min. amount per transaction is 300 USDT, Max. amount per transaction <1,800USDT、Daily Cumulative transaction amount <7,500USDT、Weekly Cumulative transaction amount <18,000USDT.

2. The next window will display all the available options with their respective prices.There are two transaction methods: Wire Transfer (Bank Account) and Credit/Debit Card.

3.If you have not completed Phemex Basic & Advanced KYC authentication, please finish your KYC identity verification.

Note: For the safety of your transaction, if you choose wire transfer, you may also jump to the questionnaire to fill out the page, please fill in the real situation and submit.

4. Sell to Credit Card

• Choose Credit/Debit Card, then click Confirm
• If your KYC identity verification is approved, the next window will be the Confirm Order page. To continue, you must first bind a card. Click “Add a card” and enter your card details, then click “Confirm”. You can now return to the Confirm Order page.
• Notes: The cardholder name must be consistent with your KYC Identity Verification name on Phemex.

• If you have already bound a card, you can choose it from the card list or add a new card. Then confirm the order details and click "Confirm". After the transaction is completed, the fiat amount will be credited to your card in real time or in a few days, depending on your card issuer bank.
• For credit cards, it might take a few days for the credit to show on your credit card statement. If you have not received your payment after a few days, please contact our customer support in order to receive ARN/RRN (Acquirer reference number or retrieval reference number which is generated for card purchases) of your payment and clarify the situation with your bank.

5. Sell To Wire Transfer (Bank Account)

• When you want to sell to your bank account, you must first link a bank account. Enter your bank account details,then add a new bank account successfully. Click "CONTINUE", you can return to the Confirm Order page.
• Confirm the order details. You can choose the bank account you have bound or add a new bank account. Then click "Confirm".
• Note: By clicking on "Withdraw Bank Accounts" in the upper right hand corner, you can view bank accounts information as well as edit bank accounts.

6.To view your order history, please click on Orders in the upper right-hand corner.
